This motion proposes to remove Lucky from the Strategic Staking Program by unstaking the 24M ASTR currently allocated to Lucky through the program and returning those funds to the Community Treasury.

The Strategic Staking Program provides selected dApps with a designated amount of ASTR staking support to help them participate in dApp Staking and receive staking rewards. This motion only removes Lucky from that strategic staking allocation and does not propose delisting or removing Lucky from the Astar dApp Staking program itself.
