This motion proposes to delist Lucky from the Astar dApp Staking program, as part of Step 4 of the published WASM smart contract sunset plan, unregistering affected contracts ahead of the pallet removal:
Lucky is a WASM (ink!) smart contract-based application. As a result, as the project is winding down, it no longer meets the requirements to remain listed as an active dApp Staking participant.
