This user is trying to take advantage of the treasury proposal, requesting 1M ASTR without justification, from a wallet created the day of the proposal

I’ve already contacted Astar support to clarify the error, and they’ve confirmed the bonded ASTR will be slashed as per protocol.  

I deeply regret the oversight and will ensure strict adherence to proposal guidelines moving forward. Lessons learned!
