#23·Motion to Cancel Referendum #22 Due to Security Issue in Polkadot SDK Runtime

A critical issue has been identified on Astar Network due to a security vulnerability in the Polkadot SDK.

This motion is to cancel Referendum #22 as it includes a faulty release impacted by this issue.

A new release (runtime 1501) is currently being prepared, containing the same features with an added patch to fix the issue.
