Delisting AcrytpoS from dApp Staking

Rationale
AcrytpoS no longer meets the criteria for dApp Staking due to the following reasons:

• Minimal Ecosystem Contribution: The project has not actively driven value to the Astar ecosystem or enhanced the utility of the ASTR token.
• Stagnant Development: No new features, updates, or significant milestones have been introduced to benefit the community of ASTR holders.
• Inactive Engagement: AcryptoS has failed to maintain active engagement or partnerships that positively impact the Astar ecosystem.
• To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the dApp Staking system, it is essential to ensure that only projects with meaningful contributions and active participation are supported.
