[Democracy] Public proposal #10 — Update GAME token metadata

This proposal is to execute an update of token metadata for GameDAO / GAME token, which is minted on AssetHub, to correctly identify name and symbol on portal, subscan and related dexes and wallets, using the asset metadata for identification.
