Personally I always try to give a second chance, I'm happy to see the responses and the activity of the team (unfortunately after the delisting was discussed) and discovering why there were these slowdowns I preferred to vote against the delisting.

I understand that the expenses the team incurred, especially with taxes, reduced the budget for development. However, Skylab was part of the UCG program and was listed as a dApp, even though it did not have any on-chain activity. This is crucial for voting on its delisting.

SkyLabs has demonstrated good intentions and maintained transparency but has faced challenges in the development of their smart contracts. From what I understand, they have not abandoned the project and are continuing development with a new developer.

That said, given the current lack of on-chain activity, it’s better to delist the project for the time being. I would fully support relisting it in the future once there is tangible on-chain progress.

The dApp Staking listing requires that the project is actually in a working state.
There is no problem for the project to be eligible for UCG even in the development phase, but SkyLabs is not already eligible for UCG, so this status needs to be corrected.
We can re-list it when we can prove that the activity is acceptable to many people.

Since this is a request from the SkyLabs team and due to the lack of onchain activity as demonstrated by AstarHood, I vote AYE for delisting.

Astar core team prefers to support those who are outside the rules.
Only and exclusively for personal principles. To not admit errors of judgment. Not because they have particular interests. This is very sad. They should consider the good of astar.

I address all those who voted and gave a different opinion, know that voting and endorsing behaviors like this that we are witnessing, makes no difference. We did a simple search and put on the table points that should be valid for everyone. Anyone who is against the skylab team is being silenced also because you are not actually part of a community. You just fly above it. If ambassadors who vote for the delist do not speak and do not say "friend this is not democratic" they are negative for the system as much as those who use it for their own interests.

WakeUp is certainly not part of our team, as well as the others who responded below, but as you can see it is censored.

The skylab team made a list (without any supporting evidence) of expenses incurred and talked about the impact of taxes. While this should not be published in our opinion, a team should in fact report the results, not the problems that there are in achieving them, once you report this it is legitimate for someone to ask for your Vat Number, if they do not believe your words. I do not see anything wrong with it.
The answers have been evasive for months, the discussion has become more heated because the team hides many shortcomings and no one has cared about this. The only person with a little experience in the graphics sector has exposed them enormously and has now become the number 2 villain, after SFY. You have not spoken at all about the RMRK protocol, it is laughable and a lot, no one has been able to ask questions about it.

If [@AstarHood](ZcCrrxh8kvj1px6cwKYtKXsLgyyerUnuj2A8fynJRvuaUd1-astar) AstarHood does a search and votes to delist, you can't call sfy a team seeking revenge. SFY wrote to seek fairness and apparently there are people who think the same.

In the meantime scammers take advantage of it, a non-company, which steals art and reuses it to sell nfts, which says it has been making a game for a year with a protocol that they evidently do not know how to use, migrating collections that cannot be matched and as you can see below, when pressed it exploits the community to channel anger towards those who simply ask and hope that the rules are applied for everyone, it's a disgrace.
