Summary
This proposal is created to delist SkyLabs from the dApp Staking system on Astar Network. Read more about the discussion in the Astar Forum: SkyLabs - Next Steps
I understand that the expenses the team incurred, especially with taxes, reduced the budget for development. However, Skylab was part of the UCG program and was listed as a dApp, even though it did not have any on-chain activity. This is crucial for voting on its delisting.

I voted Aye based on my research: https://forum.astar.network/t/ucg-skylabs-next-steps/7687/66
SkyLabs has demonstrated good intentions and maintained transparency but has faced challenges in the development of their smart contracts. From what I understand, they have not abandoned the project and are continuing development with a new developer.
That said, given the current lack of on-chain activity, it’s better to delist the project for the time being. I would fully support relisting it in the future once there is tangible on-chain progress.
The dApp Staking listing requires that the project is actually in a working state.
There is no problem for the project to be eligible for UCG even in the development phase, but SkyLabs is not already eligible for UCG, so this status needs to be corrected.
We can re-list it when we can prove that the activity is acceptable to many people.
Since this is a request from the SkyLabs team and due to the lack of onchain activity as demonstrated by AstarHood, I vote AYE for delisting.
I voted NAY for delisting: https://forum.astar.network/t/ucg-skylabs-next-steps/7687/70?u=maarten
This vendetta shouldn't be used as an example while dApp Staking is still lacking a clear set of rules. This is currently still under discussion of the Community Council.
Hello before my vote I wanted to ask some things to the Skylab team, but unfortunately I was banned from the forum after my first message. Can you please check? Thank you. I add artstation link to my question, maybe for this? Detected spam

Stop playing games. As a company, you’re already doxxed publicly, that’s how businesses work clown. Your VAT number and registered address are public information by law, and refusing to share them just makes you look shady. This isn’t about “personal information”; it’s about your company being legit.
And don’t use the “doxxed artist” excuse. That has nothing to do with this. We’re talking about your company’s transparency, not individuals.
Now, send me the source control invitation like I already asked. Ignoring this won’t make it go away, it just proves you’re hiding something. Stop dodging and step up.

@MAARTEN I just wanted to ask a few questions about the rmrk protocol the team used, I'm expert and I think I can put them in touch with a good developer.
But unfortunately I was banned, I don't understand why
Why is astar team censoring the discussion? What are they trying to hide?
You banned those who brought serious problems to light, this fake team actually stole images from artstation and modified them with photoshop... And nobody says anything, in the chat they talk about taxes? Seriously? Now you do it with other users like WakeUp and others who have nothing to do with it? Where is the decentralization in this? Shame on you
Wow. This is embarrassing for the SFY team. Do they have any once of respect for themselves or their business?
Its obvious the fake accounts they are spawning and now attacking here on subsquare. How many new reasons does the SFY continue to open up to keep this going? Its laughable now. Go build something and actually contribute something on some other chain besides endlessly complaining.
SFY Labs is becoming a joke in the Polkadot community! I saw this post being flagged in my local Polkadot community, and it seems some are already sharing some memes around SFY Labs. Never seen founders of a team destroying their own project by shitposting on another.
Hi everyone
On behalf of Astar Degen DAO community, the DAO vote AYE for the deliste of SkyLabs.
You can find vote and debate related to this community decision on our Astar Gouvernance discord channel.
Also, due to late timing for delegation activation (Ref was already initiated when delegation became active), we had to temporaly cancel AD DAO delegation on this wallet to be able to vote on Referundum #6 with DAO treasury.
The following wallet have been used to vote : ajDENshYTn45uXjYNXn4RTgAD3UYNEr82YKQ5SCmFoupzci
DAO treasury will be redelegate to this wallet once lock period is over (in 9 days) to be ready for next Ref.

Personally I always try to give a second chance, I'm happy to see the responses and the activity of the team (unfortunately after the delisting was discussed) and discovering why there were these slowdowns I preferred to vote against the delisting.
