Summary
While the Community Council is still working on setting the guidelines of dApp Staking future (listing, delisting, etc.). I already would like to proceed with delisting projects that clearly already stopped contribution to Astar.
This proposal is created to delist XO & InsureDAO from the dApp Staking system on Astar due to its lack of ongoing contribution to the ecosystem and its failure to promote or bring value to the ASTR token.
