This proposal aims to boost adoption of Astar and Soneium in Mexico and Latin America through high-quality reports, interactive onchain quests, and strategic community-building. Backed by Kairos Research, the initiative will focus on empowering Spanish-speaking users, builders, and developers with relevant tools and resources.

This proposal is divided in three budget request based of community feedback. This proposal correspond to the upfront payment. Next update will be after deliverables of Milestone 1.

• Reports: 2 comprehensive reports to Astar/Soneium ecosystems in Spanish & English
• One-Pagers: Visual summaries of 12 dApps to ease onboarding
• Ecosystem Updates: Weekly newsletter + livestream series
• Onchain Quest: Interactive campaign with real tasks and prize
• Community Content: Ambassador interviews, social campaigns

Kairos Research is formed by 5 core members + 1 external Data Scientist.

Notable collaborations include Meta Pool, PBS Foundation, CELO, Ethereum Foundation, Gitcoin, House of Representatives in Mexico.
Team achievements: ETHGlobal winners, mentors at Makers Fellowship, speakers at over 10 IRL events.

Total Requested: 392,910 ASTR (~$9,822.75 USD)
Payment Plan:

• $3,000 upfront
• $3,000 at Milestone 1 (Week 6)
• $3,822.75 at Milestone 2 (Week 12)

Key Expenses:

• Deep Dive Reports: $3,000
• One-Pagers (12): $2,400
• Newsletter & Livestreams (12 each): $1,200
• Onchain Quest + Dashboard: $1,800
• Interviews + Tools + Margin: $1,422.75

📆 Timeline

• Weeks 1–6: First report, half newsletters/livestreams, 6 one-pagers, Quest launch
• Weeks 7–12: Second report, remaining content, finalize quest & dashboard
